Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Methods and rates

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

• Standard (3–6 business days): $9.95 — free on orders over $150.
• Express (2 business days): $24.95.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may add 2–4 business days in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can also look up any order from the Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact support@zdcarriers.com. We open a carrier trace and, if the parcel cannot be located, we reship or refund at your choice.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is planned; join the mailing list to hear when it opens.
